Need to submit a claim? Choose from the claim submission methods outlined below:

  • Electronic claim submission

    For providers who regularly use a clearinghouse, use payer ID 26992 to submit claims electronically with 275 attachments enabled through your clearinghouse.

  • Online claims submission

    For instructions on how to register your TIN with UnitedHealthcare and how to submit claims online, view the user guide.


    If your TIN is already registered, you can submit claims online through the Optum iEDI portal using payer ID 26992.
